Captain Theo Adams served Las Vegas Fire and Rescue from November 13, 1990- October 31, 2003 when he was involved in a catastrophic rollover on Engine 6 responding to a fire call. Theo spent the next 15 years as a quadriplegic living as an inspiration to so many with his positive outlook on life along with a caring heart for family and the fire service. He ultimately passed away as a result of the injuries sustained serving our community with outstanding bravery, professionalism and leadership. The Theo Adams Memorial Scholarship is a small reflection of the life and service Captain Adams exemplified while he was with us.
