The Corporation’s purpose is to create, promote, and manage charitable events for members of the Las Vegas Fire & Rescue Department to engage the community to enhance the relationship between civilians and first responders, educate the public regarding safety and first response issues, and to coordinate with other 501(c)(3) entities to fulfill shared public education and community outreach goals.
Our Mission
Our organization exists to help assist young men and women in our community with education through the “Theo Adams Memorial Scholarship” fund. Helping youth obtain EMT certifications and Fire Science degrees through CSN. VFRCA provides mentorship programs to such youth who display tremendous interest in the fire service, making way for the developing of today’s youth into tomorrow’s heroes.
